Recipes: My Childhood’s Tuna Salad Sandwich

I was a pretty picky eater as a kid, but I always loved my mom’s tuna salad. My mon’s recipe was real simple, full of fat, very yummy and always best served on pumpernickel bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1/2 cup of real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sprouts
  • 2 tbs of capers
  • 2 tbs of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Just mix it all together in a bowl, take two slices of bread and create a fablous sandwich. Enjoy
